In the last 20 years, Texas has been producing a constant flow of ripping grindcore bands. P.L.F., Insect Warfare, Noisear, Hatred Surge and Kill The Client to mention a few. Trucido comes from that linage, as the talented Bryan Fajardo (Kill The Client/Noisear), is the drummer for this band. I witnessed their live show (peep the video!) in 2022 and it was impressive. Thirty-ish minutes of straight grind/blasts that had the same feel and ferocity of Discordance Axis or Insect Warfare. "Leaky Gut" is the shit!
