Self described as "Outsider Metal Punk", Ullatec was a mutant metal/grind band circa 2015-2020. This band was created by Jeff Goodson (Landfill, Knurd, Peasant, Bastard Cult) and Billy Sullivan (Hel-Razor, Smoking Spore). I saw them several times when they were active but I could only find a video of Billy rehearsing to their song "Alien Persuasion". Check out their bandcamp for a listen!
